These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.storewy.comand the related platform (the “Service”), operated by Storewy ([Legal Entity]). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Storewy is a platform for building and operating ecommerce brands, including researching products, generating marketing content, and publishing that content to connected social media accounts such as TikTok. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. TikTok and third-party integrations

The Service lets you connect third-party accounts, including TikTok. When you connect a TikTok account, you authorize Storewy to access and act on that account on your behalf within the scopes you grant, in order to provide features such as displaying your connected account and uploading or publishing content.

Your use of TikTok through the Service is also subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies, and you agree to comply with them.
We access and use TikTok data in accordance with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
You may disconnect a TikTok account at any time through the Service or by revoking access in your TikTok settings.

Third-party services are provided by their respective providers, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Violate any law or the rights of others;
Upload or publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates TikTok’s or any other platform’s policies;
Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
Use the Service to send spam or engage in abusive automation.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and product information you provide. You grant us the rights necessary to host, process, and transmit that content to operate the Service and to publish it to the destinations you choose. You are responsible for the content you create and publish and for having the rights to do so.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Storewy and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as needed to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular results (including publishing outcomes on third-party platforms) will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storewy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing law
